Team Awesome Oils Owners Joseph Perinoni and Dustin Webb have been using dōTERRA essential oils sporadically over the last few years, but in early 2017 began their journey with a commitment to using natural solutions for overall health care in their lives. In just a matter of a few short weeks, both Joe and Dustin experienced benefits in overall health, mood, and energy.

With careers in lower and middle level management positions, each focused in customer service and asset management, the transition to growing a successful essential oils team has been seamless. 

"In just 8 months, we have grown to over 40 members over three states, with more than half ordering on a regular basis."

Today, Joe and Dustin are using dōTERRA oils in their home for cooking and cleaning as well as dealing with health related aches and pains, seasonal threats, and overall health support.
