Bullet Journals have been popping up on social media feeds for a while now and have quickly taken their hold in the organizational efforts of many. A Bullet Journal combines various journals, calendars, and notebooks in to one place that houses all of your personal and business plans, goals, and scheduling, while allowing complete customization for the particular individual.

In this workshop we discuss:
- Basics of Bullet Journaling;
- Set up journal with basic pages;
- Demonstrate how to use Bullet Journal for your dōTERRA business;
- Using a few key essential oils topically and diffused to promote creativity, focus, and positive energy for goal setting.
Included:
- 1 x hardcover, dot grid, writing notebook (5” x 8.25”)
- 1 x starter pack of stencils
- 3 x fine tip pens (3 colors)
